Information we process

Dinner Settled processes account identifiers and profile information supplied through sign-in, saved meals and restaurants, preferences, ratings, dinner selections, linked-person settings, subscription status, and app ideas you submit. If you choose a location-based restaurant search, your selected location is used to perform that search.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts, synchronize saved food, connect people you choose, personalize dinner suggestions, enforce usage allowances, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Service providers

We use Supabase for account and app data services, OpenAI for dinner suggestion processing, Google Places for restaurant and location results, RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, and Apple or Google for store purchases. These providers process information needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Location

Location access is optional and requested only when you ask to use your current location. Search coordinates are sent to Google Places to find nearby restaurants and are not sent to OpenAI. Dinner Settled does not save your foreground coordinates as part of your profile.

Sharing

Information from linked people is included only according to the sharing and selection controls in the app. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and choices

You may edit or remove saved items in the app. To request account deletion, access, or correction, email support@dinnersettled.com from the email connected to your account. We retain information as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and prevent misuse.

Children

Dinner Settled is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13.
